Click Attendee Registration

Start new Registration or Edit Existing

A NEW REGISTRATION (GREEN ARROW): When this is the first time you are registering on the registration site

EDIT EXISTING REGISTRATION (ORANGE ARROW): When you’ve been on the website before, you might have not completed it, you accidentally clicked out of the browser, etc.




If you are an IAAPA Member, begin the membership registration search by the blue arrow. If you are not an IAAPA Member, start registration by the red arrow.




You can search your IAAPA Membership credentials by either: 1. Search for your company name (red arrow)

THEN YOU HAVE 2 OPTIONS 2. Search by your first and last name (blue arrow)

OR 3. Search by your company or individual ID (green arrow)

Then hit search (orange arrow)

Once you search by name, company or membership id, click on the appropriate person:

Click on your name in the Blue Box (RED arrow) then




Once you’re membership is confirmed, click “OK” Green Arrow




Start filling out your profile information:

The next page is the Profile page. Complete required fields (noted by a red asterisk *) including all Contact Information and Emergency Contact. If you are bringing a child to the event, click YES at the blue arrow. The last section is optional, Letter of Invitation for U.S. Visa. Check the box (green arrow) if you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application. You will be required to enter legal name, Passport number, Passport issue and expiration date, country of issue and date of birth. Upon completion of registration and once all registration fees are paid, you will receive a visa letter by email.




If you request a visa, please fill out all the fields

When all fields on the Profile page are completed, click “Next”.




The next page is the Registration Type page. Select the option that best represents you in the green arrow The “more info” provides additional detail about each option. Purple Box: If you see “Would you like to attend any Education sessions” box, you are registering as a non-member without complimentary access to education. For help, click “Activate Live Chat” at the pink arrow. Once all fields on page are completed, click “Next” (orange arrow).




PROMO CODE INSTRUCTIONS

If you have a PROMO CODE enter it in the field at the beginning of the registration (red arrow).

Your promotion will not be accepted unless you click “Apply and Continue”.

When you reach the next page, check the right column to confirm your Registration reflects your promo code. If it does not, click “Activate Live Chat” for assistance at the pink arrow.

The next page is the Show Questions page. Select the answers that best represent you and then click “Next”.




If on the Profile page you selected “bringing a child age 12 and under” this page will appear. Child Registration (Age 12 and Under). Enter any children by name and include a guardian cell phone number, then click “Add New”. All information Will be confirmed on-site when the child is given their wristband. Once finished, click “Next”




The next page is the Ticketed Events page. IAAPA Expo 2020 offers countless educational and networking opportunities for attendees including EDUTours, educational lunches and networking receptions. We are continuing to “add” events given the ongoing situation so please keep checking back for additional events. Click “add” green arrow any ticketed events you want to purchase To purchase more than 5 tickets, contact [email protected] For more details on an event, click Click the event name (orange arrow) and the session description will appear.






The next page is the Review and Check Out page. Review all the information submitted by clicking each tab.

Edits to your contact info or badge? Click “Profile & Badge” then “Edit Profile” button.

Need a visa? Click “Profile & Badge” and then “Edit Profile”.

Edits to attendee information? Click “Attendee Information” then “Edit” button.

Want to add tickets? Click “Add Items”.

NOTE: If you are registering more than one person you must click the “Add Another Person” button.

Make sure to read and agree to the “refund policy” and authorize “payment”.

If all details are correct, click “PAY NOW” button.




The next page is the credit card information page. To auto-fill the fields with the name of the registrant, click Select Payor (Orange arrow). When all fields are completed, click “Submit Payment”.

Once you click “Submit Payment, the following message will appear.




If payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the registration website. If you would like to take a satisfaction survey, click “Yes”, if not hit the X box in the top right hand corner or “No Thanks” button.




This is the Dashboard Page. You can view your confirmation email which is sent automatically (blue arrow). Hotel information is also available on the page (red arrow).
