Click on supplier’s name


Click on ‘Contact Issuing CB’


Select reason as ‘Feedback about the supplier’, with ‘no or yes response required’

Enter subject title as shown on the appropriate feedback template

Enter (copy & paste) feedback message based on template, then click ‘create feedback’ (

Be sure this is checked ‘Yes’, that the supplier is cc’ed
