The biggest risk when implementing CA PPM can be poor adoption due to cultural impacts
Take the time to generate a list of possible cultural impacts
Example: Status Reporting
Moving from flexible tools and timelines to a fixed approach and reporting cycle
Poor visibility into project data in current reporting cycle to real-time transparent live data

Develop an estimate of effort and duration for each release
This is early stage planning and represents the scale or general size of each release
