SomaComm is a Dallas-based agency that provides integrated communications
services, partnering with brands to develop strategies and implement campaigns. The
company supports clients in brand building, media outreach, product launches, social
media, events and promotions, corporate communications and creative design.
The company operates with a staff that’s dispersed from coast to coast. Since the
founding of the company, president and CEO James Shackelford has seen steady
growth and success as he serves clients in banking, entertainment, insurance,
technology, publishing, and professional services.
CHALLENGE
Shackelford started SomaComm from a home office, but after three months the
company was producing a healthy revenue stream, and he needed to find office
space that matched its image.
While Shackelford resides in Dallas, most of his clients – and his staff – aren’t
based there.
With team members in New York, on the West Coast, and elsewhere, Shackelford didn’t
want to sign long-term office leases for his remote workers.
SOLUTION
