About UsNEELYOG GROUP of companies have been engaged in development of residential and commercial properties in the city of

Mumbai for more than 2 decades. Neelyog is one of the pioneers of Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in Mumbai. One of the first

SRA (slum rehabilitation) project of the city was flagged off by us in Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar and ever since, there has been no

looking back. We have since developed more than 5000 slum tenements and handed it over to the slum dwellers free of cost.

In the process we have helped realize dreams of thousands of families who are now availing a better standard of living.

We at Neelyog believe that a HOME is a basic right of every individual, which once attained allows one to strive towards greater

goals in life without having to worry about the vagaries of daily shelter and existence. This state of being leads to the development

of the individual, his/her family and in turn, the entire economy as a whole. We envision that one day MUMBAI would be devoid

of slums and our constant endeavor is to systematically work towards it.

The word derives its roots from the amalgam of the names of its founders Mr. Yogesh Babulal Mehta and his wife NEELYOG

Mrs. Neela Yogesh Mehta and in many ways the company embodies their ethos in life. Starting from scratch they have gone

through years of trials and tribulations, countless sacrifices but they remained relentless in their pursuit of excellence. Through

their sheer determination, their honesty and hard work they have brought Neelyog at a juncture where having already made

adifference to thousands of slum dwellers whose lives have been uplifted, our customers and our various stakeholders, all of whom

we have serviced dutifully through the years, we are now in a position of strength to exponentially carry their good work forward.

As we take their Neelyog forward we will always have their principles at heart.

Mrs. Bhavi Bhuva is the daughter of Mr. Yogesh Mehta and an Interior Designer by profession, her works are regularly published in Design Magazines. She works under the banner of Inside Art Interiors, along with her partner Deepal Parekh. Inside art handles the interior aspect of our business like lobby designs, landscaping, show ats, site offices fusing the elements of architecture seamlessly with their trendy design ideas and solutions. In addition to their in house responsibilities, they handle a ourishing interior business catering to high profile clients both individuals as well as corporates and providing them with design and interior solutions. They have successfully designed various homes both in India and outside, office spaces, resorts, hotels, banquet halls, schools in their 10 year foray into this field.

Mr. Anand shah has recently made a foray into the construction industry. He is a successful entrepreneur who had kick started a facility management company know an CNCS facility solutions pvt.ltd. After selling the stake in that company to A2Z infraservices ltd, he has decided to devote his time to construction activities. An MBA graduate from Mumbai Educational Trust, he has used his considerable experience in the facility management field and his inherent man management skills to successfully complete a couple of SRA projects in an extremely short span of time. His knack for procurement, his negotiation skills and cost saving initiatives have helped the company immensely.

RUSHI MEHTA (DIRECTOR)Mr. Rushi Yogesh Mehta is the son of Mr. Yogesh Mehta and one of the Directors of the Neelyog Group of companies. He completed his academics with a stellar record:

Over the years he has imparted his own brand of leadership with a certain youthful dynamism and amboyance which has helped our company successfully bridge the chasm of rapidly changing business environment enabling us to meet challenges and grow with leaps and bounds.

YOGESH MEHTA (MANAGING DIRECTOR)Mr. Yogesh B. Mehta is the founder and the Managing Director of the company. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant by profession and also has a LLB degree to his credit. He had a well established accountancy and financial consultancy practice boasting of clientele like The Uttam Galva steel, Flat Products, Gopani group of companies to name a few. In the 1980s an opportunity in the real estate industry came calling and he grasped it with both hands. Working under the banner of Acme Land Developers pvt.ltd for his first few projects, he alternated his attention to his profession and the real estate business. With the growing scale of operations and commencement of SRA projects now under the banner of NEELYOG, Mr Mehta realized that he could no longer do justice to both and decided to surrender his certificate of Practise to concentrate solely on his real estate business. Over the years he has ably steered his company through various milestones and seen his empire grow with a plethora of completed projects. With his decades of experience, his proficiency with numbers, his foresight and acumen, he is the talismanic captain of the ship as it thunders forward.

It is our constant endeavor to give something back to the society be it in form of donations for supporting medical clinics, books distributions, Medical assistance, loans for higher education or supporting/sponsoring cultural/sporting events which help unite the people of the area and create a sense of harmony.

Living in a city like Mumbai, we understand that space is a premium and the prices of housing are so astronomical that affording a house in the city is beyond the capacity of majority of families in the city. As a company policy we give a greater importance towards affordable housing by churning out compact houses which fall within the budget of a middle/lower middle segment.

In the formative years of their lives Mr Yogesh Mehta and Mrs Neela Mehta were one of the many dreamers in this city who have gone through the arduous process of striving for a house and all the struggles that go along with it. With an intention to reduce the similar struggle for financially challenged people from our community (KAPOL community) and to alleviate their lives, we have constructed Neelyog Apartments in prime suburban locality of Patel Nagar, Kandivali west. Wherein we have given away 83 (1BHK) ats on the basis of a lucky draw from thousands of shortlisted applications at a price of only Rs 1325 per sq.ft.

In similar vein there was a dilapidated building in Nallasopara housing people from our community which was in a dire state. Lack of financial capacity of at owners, non availability of additional FSI and paucity of funds had put 200 of our Kapol families in a precarious position. We interjected in the situation and constructed new ats for all the families by demolishing the old building and constructing a new building with better amenities in its stead all at a cost of a mere Rs 25,000 per at.

Such instances just substantiate our company wide commitment to provide a better standard of living for all sections of society.

Mrs. Yati Mehta is a Chartered Accountant by profession (Rank Holder at All India level) and has worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers pvt.ltd in FAS (Financial Advisory and Services) Valuations Department. After her marriage to Mr. Rushi Mehta, she has taken over the reins of administration and HR for the company. With an arsenal of experience with PWC in sound business practices and necessary expertise, she constantly strives towards keeping a viable internal control system that helps maintain a balance and sync between the corporate office and our various site offices which would allow the group to grow exponentially. She firmly believes that all great ideas need a structure and a system to ourish and her command over the administration has formed a solid foundation for the group to reach new heights.

In the suburb of ghatkopar alone we have redeveloped around

3000 slum tenements. In the process we have cleared

encroachment from the railway tracks enabling them to lay

additional lines. We have also handed over large chunks of DP

roads, constructed temples, drama theatres and other

infrastructure facilities along with many sale buildings which

has completely transformed the geography and demography

of the area.
