RehearsalsChildren’s Choir meets every Sunday from 5:00 – 6:15 p.m. Check-in time is 4:45-4:59 p.m. at the choir room.

Each family is provided with a book & CD. Please bring the book to practice!

Staying ConnectedNoteWorthy: This is a weekly bulletin with info regarding rehearsals and upcoming information. We pass these out as you exit rehearsal with your child.

AuditionsSolo & Speaking Auditions will be held on Sunday, September 22. 3 minute time slots are available between 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on a first come, first served basis. Sign ups start Sept. 15 and end Sept. 20. Walk ups are never permitted for any reason. Audition packets are available at sign up.

Choreography auditions will be held Sunday, Sept. 22 after rehearsal.

Auditions are for 3rd – 5th grade only. Results will be announced on September 29.

All children 1st – 5th grade participate in the musical performance.

Service PerformancesKids will perform anthems for morning worship. These songs will be on your CD or the website.

“Call Time” refers to the expected time kids need to arrive dressed and ready to participate. Late arrivals may result in a child not participating.

There are two services on Sunday Mornings (9:00 a.m. & 10:45 a.m.). When performing, we ask that a child participate in BOTH services.

Performance AttireOn September 22 from 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. we are checking out outfits to be used for Sunday morning performances.

All outfits are loaned to you with the expectation that they are returned at the end of the choir season in the same condition you received them. Lost or damaged pieces need to be reimbursed.

All outfits are machine washable in COLD WATER with a LOW dry.

Dresses should be worn with navy/black tights and navy/black closed toe shoes. Please keep jewelry very simple.

Boys should wear navy/black socks and navy/black shoes. The white tuxedo shirts should be tucked in. A belt is encouraged to help keep the shirt tucked in.

We 3 SpiesThis is our Fall Musical Production, the performance date is Sunday, December 8 at 6:00 p.m. All Choir members will participate in this performance. Performance t-shirts and costumes are provided.

A mandatory Dress Rehearsal is on Thursday, December 5 from 4:00–6:00 p.m. Mark your calendar and watch the NoteWorthy for specific details.
