Relevant search doesn’t work correctly.
• When we enter the text to the Request Support menu on Self-Service Portal, context search doesn’t work correctly.
• Especially Japanese words doesn’t search.

aren’t displayed.

Relevant search doesn’t work correctly.
But, after clicking “After friends” or “Help Friends” menu, “Select a support offering” are displayed. But IT Articles and User Questions are not displayed.Of course I’ve already register IT Articles and User Questions matching this Request.
