REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS

As a private equity and debt investor in the real estate sector, REMAR

employs an opportunistic and value-added approach to investment

opportunity selection. We focus on special situations within high-growth,

emerging markets that have been created as a result of limited funding

capacity from local financial institutions or as a result of regulatory

reforms. REMAR seeks to fill funding gaps in projects in order to liquidate

the respective property development in a timely manner, which in turn,

generates attractive financial returns for REMAR and its financial partners.

REMAR manages listed and unlisted institutional property fund vehicles, offering managed account solutions for select institutional partners. The listed

fund vehicles are operated in partnership with the firm’s financial partners to raise capital through financial securities against portfolios of non-performing

real estate (bank owned “OREOs”). This enables the repositioning of such assets along with the opportunity for investment into other opportunities.

REMAR’s Property Management division is equipped with a

strong team of experts that focus on the development and

implementation of strategies to enhance the value of a property

asset over its life cycle. REMAR acts as the linking function between

the property asset and the owner and will assist the property

owner in realizing his asset objectives while attaining them.

REMAR’s facilities management team provides a full range of services, which

encompass all functions of the ongoing property maintenance required.

Combined with our property management services, this ensures a full, 360-degree

approach and allows the team to place greater emphasis on the implementation

of preventative maintenance regimes. The result is the reduction in reactive

maintenance requirements, leaving more resources for sustaining and enhancing

the asset’s value.

to fit-outs and execution, REMAR ensures the needs of clients are met, regardless of project type or scale. Our dedicated and experienced

team of designers, project managers and building professionals provide full project support, end-to-end.

Our team of designers are able to create tailored, photo-realistic 3D visualization of the finished design schemes of each residential property

or project. This provides a clear, interactive understanding of the look and feel prior to execution of the project.

With factories located in Italy, REMAR also controls the production of its own exclusive furniture, from production to distribution.
