TERM BREAK

Mon 29th Sept - Fri 3rd Oct

TERM 4

Mon 6th Oct - Thur 11th Dec

School hours of student

supervision are 7.30am to 3pm.

Outside these hours children’s

safety is a parental/guardian

responsibility.

Children must not be dropped off

at school prior to 7.30am and

must either be picked up before

3pm, walk/cycle home if old

enough, or attend the After

School Hours Care program.

Parents phoning the school

in regards to students absences,

please phone on our student

absence phone line 89359062.

Alternatively you can email the

absence to :

Please leave your name, your

child’s name and room number,

date and reason for absence.

of the notes sent home recently, please ask the front office staff for

another copy.

Monday 8th Dec - Free Dress Day. Rooms 1-18 will be having a water

day as they clean their rooms and furniture.

Year 6’s are encouraged to leave school at 12:30pm to get ready for

their Graduation evening. There will be supervision at school if your

child cannot go home, but we urge you to please fill out the note sent

home to indicate which option you have chosen.

Class parties will take place on either Monday or Tuesday of the last

week and Rooms 19-22 will have their water day/cleaning furniture on

Tuesday. Teachers will send out notes with specific information about

their class closer to the time.

Tuesday 9th Dec – Reports sent home and 2015 class list displayed.

There is a strong chance that class teachers and room numbers will

not be displayed this year, due to reasons beyond our control.

More information about this will be communicated closer to the time. If

you have any concerns about your child’s report, please speak to the

classroom teacher first and then an Assistant Principal if

needed. Wednesday 10th Dec - Whole school cinema excursion

requires $13 and the permission note to be returned.

We understand that this is a very busy time of the year and children

and adults are tired. As such, we thank parents for helping us both

with organisation of events and managing your child’s

exhaustion positively. We know our families are all working hard to

support the great work happening at school which is greatly

appreciated. Without our exceptional school community, we wouldn’t

be the fantastic school we are. It is a fun time of the year and we look

forward to an action packed and fun last two weeks with your children.
