REMINDER! STUDENT HOLIDAY ON MONDAY,
FEBRUARY 20TH!
Last Chance for Class of 2018 Class Rings!!
Attention Juniors!
If you have NOT ordered a class ring and would like to participate in the Shadow Creek High School inaugural ring ceremony, it is not too late to order your class ring. Herff Jones will be on campus Thursday, February 23rd during all lunches and after school until 5:00pm. Ring packets are available in the Shadow Creek High School front office. You can also order online at www.herffjones.com. All online orders must be made by Friday February 24th to participate in the ring ceremony. Any ring orders placed after that date will not arrive in time for the ceremony.
Please stop by the table to place your order or make payments on previously ordered SCHS rings! If you have any questions on previous or current orders please contact Herff Jones directly at 713-864-6464.

Congratulations to Our Fin-Tastic Future Scientists!
SCHS students Nikita Singh and Fatimah Khan both brought home awards from the Alvin ISD science
fair. Fatimah won honorable mention in the chemistry category for her project, “Fudge Crystals”. Nikita won
first place and a $200 scholarship in health and medicine with “What's in your Kitchen Sponge”. Congratulations
to both of these students!.

SCHS LETTER JACKET FITTING— MARCH 1ST
If your student qualified for a SCHS letterman
jacket, they will be bringing home a packet of
instructions soon. A representative from Herff
Jones will be on campus WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1st
during both lunches for measuring and ordering of
letter jackets.
In order to receive their jacket, qualified students
must show up at the measuring, show the letterman
packet you were given and your school ID, and be
prepared to pay for additional
costs for the jacket that is not
covered by the school district.
There will not be another
opportunity to be measured for
letter jackets until MAY 2017.
If you plan to take Dual
Credit classes for the
first time during the
2017-2018 school year,
plan on attending the
Dual Credit Drive-Thru
at SCHS.
