Sponsorship Opportunities

AEMA-ARRA-ISSA-PPRA prides themselves on conducting good meetings with lots of bells & whistles at a very reasonable fee. It is the generosity of our spon-soring member companies that allows us to do so. These bells & whistles (high quality meal functions, receptions) help keep our registrants engaged and pre-sent, which further enhance the opportunities for networking and technology transfer. The more they stay together, the more they talk. The more they talk, the more they learn. The more they learn, the more our market grows. On behalf of our members, we extend our thanks and appreciation to those member compa-nies that go the extra step to support our industry and give back to the Associa-tions that grow our businesses.

Please note: Display space at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore is limited and will be assigned on a first come first served basis. We are also planning to decrease the amount of signage and increase electronic options for more enhanced sponsor recognition.

Regular Sponsorship: For $1,000, your company will be recognized at the meet-ing, listed as a meeting sponsor in the meeting program, and highlighted in the Newsletter. Limited display space is available to sponsors as referenced above. Sponsor exhibits must be confined to the 8’ draped table provided.

Reception: For $2,500.00 you can be a Reception Sponsor which includes all of the above and enhanced recognition throughout the meeting. We have planned a really special evening reception to be announced soon. This will be a very fun evening and a nice break from the all-day meetings; there will be plenty to eat and drink!
