Our cities, counties, and DOT’s are facing huge budgetary challenges after the winter of 2013/2014, with ef-fects lasting long after the Spring patching season. PPRA 2014 will provide user agencies with examples and insights to show how they can extend their budgets and repair their roads using pavement preservation and recycling methodologies. As we continue to deliver the message of pavement preservation, we understand agencies short term focus is repair and rehabilitation. PPRA 2014 will demonstrate how our processes effec-tively, efficiently, and economically perform these functions as well as preservation.

REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee includes the entire meeting and seminar, specifically: the Special reception on Tuesday evening, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, coffee breaks, and any hand-out materials.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY! AEMA-ARRA-ISSA-PPRA has negotiated a special room rate of $179.00 per night (subject to applicable occupancy tax and sales tax). In order to receive the group rate, you must make your reservation by October 17, 2014. MEETING CANCELLATIONS: Notification must be received by AEMA-ARRA-ISSA-PPRA head-quarters if you have registered for the meeting and subsequently find you will be unable to attend. If registration cancellation is necessary, AEMA-ARRA-ISSA-PPRA will refund registration fees in accordance with the following schedule:
