My question is - Does SSC considers Architectural Engineering equivalents to Civil Engineering. As far as I know these two are different subjects. Graduates in Civil Engineering gets B.tech degree whereas Graduates in Architectural Engineering gets B.Arch degree.

the definition of information cannot include within its fold answers to the question- why, which would be same thing as asking the reason for a justification for a particular thing. The Public Information Authorities cannot expect to communicate to the citizen the reason why a certain thing was done or not done in the sense of justification because the citizen makes a requisition about information. Justification is matter within the domain of adjudicating authorities and cannot properly be classified as information. However, it is stated that the recruitment process was hel up due to Court Case. The Honnourable CAT vide its order dated 04.05.2018 dismissed the OA No. 3993/2015, Neelam and others Vs. Union of India.The Order dated 04.05.2018 of the Honnourable, CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in the O. A. 3993/2015 filed by Neelam and others Vs. Union of India, has been challenged in the High Court through the W.P.(C) No. 5524/2018, Neelam and others Vs. Union of India. During the processing of the hearing on 22nd May, 2018, the Honnourable High Court, Delhi, has not imposed any stay on the declaration of the result for the recruitment of 23 vacancies of Assistant Archivists in National Archives of India, stating that while appointing them it may be mentioned that these appointments are subject to the outcome of W.P.(C) No. 5524/2018. Accordingly, Preperation of Result is under progress.
