This report follows an inspection of the building and yard located in ……. in order to meet the requirements of the Nebosh NGC 3 practical application. These assessment main areas are:

Office block Ware house and its direct adjoining area.

The building consists of an office for supervision duties, in the ware house is one store for the storage of various outside labour tools and apparatuses, two toilets.The buildings are employed by up to ten staff at one interval. Employees work on a rotation of day and night transferals and the building is used strategic planning, ware house and legal documentation of project. The yard and store are used for loading and unloading vehicles with work equipment to prepare for railway work.

There were no members of staff on duty at the time of the inspection.

Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment Fire Alarm Systems

There are no fire alarms located throughout the building there is an absence of fire extinguisher in the office. For that reason there is a vital necessity to ensure extinguishers installed here as workforces would be in extreme danger if a fire were to start in the office. No fire exits is not only creating a tripping hazard but it is putting the health and safety of the employees at risk of becoming trapped in the building if a fire were to start.
