Opening DBBL Fast Track in Collage Gate
Dutch-Bangla Bank is Bangladesh's most innovative and technologically advanced bank. Dutch
Bangla Bank Ltd stands to give the most innovative and affordable banking products to
Bangladesh. Amongst banks, Dutch Bangla Bank is the largest donor in to social causes in
Bangladesh. In the whole Bangladesh there are 360 fast track of DBBL. By understanding the
market research is please to propose plan to help become even more successful. The research
shows that if open a fast track in Collage gate you will more successful. In collage gate there are
many people lives but there have only an ATM booth and one ATM machine it’s don’t fulfill
customers need. So a fast track can made their need, and to open a fast track in collage gate it
will be increase the number of customer because there are no other bank ATM booth. So people
have only DBBL account.

Literature Review:
Collage gate is a most polar and under developed area in Gazipur. There live many people. Most
of the people are well educated. There live student, government employee, businessman and so
many job holder people. There are only an ATM booth which is open by Dutch Bangla Bank. In
this ATM booth daily a thousand time people are using this and out money. But machine cannot
fulfill their need. There always line outside the booth and sometimes the machine was crashed so
that people are waiting for a long time.
In case of the situation if there are open a fast track of DBBL it will be more helpful for the
customer to transact money. To transact more money other people are interested to open this
bank account and the number of customer will increase.

The population of this report project is defined as fallow:
Element : Existing individual business firms.
Unit : The population unit has been defined both male and female.
Extent : Collage Gate, Gazipur, Dhaka
Time : December 17, 2015 to January 16, 2016 (Total 30 days).
Sample frame:
The sample frame of this study will be consisted of the all people who are living in collage gate.
Sample Size:
The sample size for this study will be consisted total 1000 people who are living in collage gate
.
Sampling Procedure:
For this study probability sampling approach has been selected where each sampling element of
the population has an equal chance of being selected. Sample has been selected as random
sampling procedure.
Source of Data Collection:
I. Primary sources:

The primary data has been collected from field survey through the questionnaire structure. The
questionnaire structure will be solved face to face interview with the selected sample.
II. Secondary sources:
For this survey I will use some secondary data related to my study field which will be collected
from the internet, company websites.
Data Analysis:
For analysis of data Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, different tables and graphs will be used to
make the data meaningful. Hypotheses will be developed for testing to derive a meaningful
conclusion from the empirical data. In addition, basic statistical techniques of different measures
of central tendency have been used for analyzing the data. Based on my analyzed, I will make
findings, recommendations, and conclusion.

Recommendation:
At the end of the survey we see that the people of collage gate wanted the fast track service from
Dutch Bangla Bank. It is necessary for them. If the Dutch Bangla Bank provide fast track service
definitely the number of customer will increase and also more people are interested to open
account of Dutch Bangla Banks. Collage gate people are agreed to our survey that if Dutch
Bangla Bank will open a fast track in their area the service of Dutch Bangla Bank will increase
that means at the present time people are not satisfied with their service. People are also thinks
that by opening fast track in collage gate the bank obviously make profit from there. Also by
opening fast track in collage gate will improve the productivity that helps the further to achieve
the Bank’s long term goal and objectives. The security quality of Dutch Bangla Bank will
increase and also the service quality will faster by opening fast track in collage gate. And also the
talking about the cost, everything has some cost some are big budget and some are low budget to
opening a fast track in collage gate the cost is sufficient for the bank it doesn’t take insufficient
cost which is not bare from the bank.

Conclusion :
Bangladesh is a developing country. It is developing day by day. The people of Bangladesh also
become digital day by day. They are using latest technology. They also demanded the best
service quality from the service provider. It is the duty to those service provider to fulfill the
people’s wanted demand. Here in this report we discuss about “opening a fast track in collage
gate”. We are survey about this topic that people are need this service or not. We are analysis the
data we are collecting the data from various sources. We are talking to people that it is helps is
help for them or not. People are very interested about this that in their area they are getting a fast
track service form Dutch Bangla Bank. So we said that it is very necessary for the Dutch Bangla
Bank to opening a fast track in collage gate so that people of collage gate getting more service
from the Bank and also more people are interested to open an account in Dutch Bangla Bank.
