SUBJECT: Delivery Fleet Options
Thank you for requesting that I help you with your decision in choosing a vehicle to run deliveries for Chipotle. I understand that you, as general manager of Chipotle Northern Kentucky University location, are interested in purchasing a fleet of cars that you can use to deliver food. Because you are looking for a car that is reliable, affordable, and will get you more miles per gallon I have narrowed the options of two cars.
In this report, I explain the evaluation of the criteria in which led to a recommendation of the Chevrolet Volt for a car fleet delivery option at Chipotle NKU location.
Criteria
I have chosen the criteria that I believe are most important to your decision about whether you should choose a Focus or a Volt:
Safety Cost Miles Per Gallon
In the following section, I explain my findings in regards to each of these criteria.
Analysis of Criteria
Below is my analysis of options, which include; safety, cost and miles per gallon.

The Ford Focus has a higher safety rating. The Ford Focus received 5-star rating in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration while the Chevrolet Volt received a 4-star rating in one the categories which was the frontal crash. Further, the Volt did receive 5-star but fell back in the frontal crash.
Cost
Focus. Cost of Focus is around $29,170.1

The Ford Focus Electric is a used car in which the average price is $29,170. While a brand new Chevrolet Volt is $4,000 more at $33,101. The Ford Focus Electric is affordable.
