This report presents information on financial resourcesprovided to undergraduates at Minnesota postsecondary institutions in fiscalyear 2001, corresponding to academic year 2000-2001. The financial resourcesreported are grants, loans, and student earnings that help students paytuition, fees, room and board, and other costs-of attending postsecondaryeducation. The data cover resources used by undergraduates attending the 118Minnesota postsecondary education institutions that were eligible toparticipate in the state grant program. Data were obtained from the HigherEducation Services Office and other state programs and from financial aiddirectors of the institutions. Data are presented in table form for theentire state, Minnesota's two-year colleges, the public four-yearuniversities, private four-year institutions, and the University of Minnesotasystem. Appendix 1 contains definitions of financial aid programs, andAppendix 2 contains totals by program for fiscal years 1987 through 1999.(Contains 126 tables and 7 endnotes.) (SLD)
