DUTIES AND RESPONSmILITIES

Duties of the Authorized Officer The Authorized Officer has the following duties:

(a) to assist the CEO in communicating with the Directors ofthe company and to ensure that the entire task are being carried out by the Shipping Inspection of the Company; and

(b) the Principal Environmental Health Officer is to be informed of all communications relating to the shipping inspections and the inspection report; and

(c) to ensure that all requests for inspection and directives for inspection are recorded, monitored and quality controlled; and

(d) to coordinate and control inspections of Gobal Trans Limited, including reviewing the establishment and inspection reports, the preparation of monthly inspection schedules for the company, and

(e) to prioritize the internal and external inspection correspondence, to coordinate preparation of the operational inspections and schedules, to monitor due dates and progress completion ofthe inspection; and

(e) to coordinate all inspection communications with stakeholders; and

(f) to coordinate the inspection timing for inspection by contracted inspectors.

Duties of the Principal Environmental Health Officer

The Principal Environmental Health Officer has the following duties:

(a) to inform the Company and the Minister of all communications between the clearance inspections and medical diagnostics; and

(b) to record, monitor and ensure quality control of all requests for inspection and directives from the Inspection Unit; and

(c) to monitor medical and diagnostics and advise on quality control of all requests for inspections or directives received; and

(d) to prepare medical consultation with stakeholders, to draft project plans for national planning in response to health and safety, and

(e) to consider strategic plans for the Ministry of Health outreach program and other consultation with donor partners; and

(f) to coordinate all inspection communications with the stakeholders.
