Good afternoon. Attached is a mailing that went out this past weekend stating that it was paid for by the CHC, PAC of which there is no such PAC registered with the Orange County Board of Elections. As noted below, the Chair of the Democrat Party, Mr. Jim White and the Chair of the Republican Party, Mr. Bill Knight are asking that the State Board of Elections investigate this matter. The Chair of the Democrat party provided a copy of the mailing by the attached email. Please let me know if additional information is needed.
