Movement of rotor inside the stator creates a voltage difference between the two ends of the wire or electrical conductor, which in turn causes the electric charges to flow, thus generating electric current. When dc motor is initiated with the help of battery, it rotates the shaft of generator and thus polarity of magnets changes. Changing of magnetic field creates electric field. When the rpm of the generator is about to is frequency 50Hz, stator gives maximum output. It is observed that the output value is greater the input value.

IntroductionHexa electric motor is a universal motor which perform six operations at a time. This is done by using neodymium magnets N-35. When permanent magnet poles rotate inside the winding they perform following six operations.1. AC Motor.2. DC Motor.3. AC Generator.4. DC generator.5. AC Brake.6. DC Brake. An electric motor is the fundamental electro-mechanical energy converter that uses the forces of electricity, magnetism, angular momentum as well as electro-magnetic theory. The fundamental principle at work in an electric motor is magnetism. The rotor is made up of wood and 4 magnets poles are introduce on it. These magnets are fixed so way that they have opposite polarity to next one. Stator has multilayer air core winding and gives output only. Rotor is fitted inside the stator with the help of shaft through the bearings. Whole frame is fixed on a rectangular 1.52ft of wooden piece. 12 volt dc motor works with the help of small battery of motorcycle to initiate it. Dc motor is couples with generator with the help of pulleys and belt.2 Working:Generator works on the principle of electromagnetic induction discovered by Michael Faraday in 1831-32.
