Our solution:

With the RES.Q availability function, com-manders have an overview of personnel rea-diness. Crew members can make short-term changes to the roster with the press of a sin-gle button on their RES.Q. As an option, the control centre must acknowledge these re-quests. The additional information gained by the RES.Q availability function can be used to prevent understaffing and make long-term adjustments to emergency organizations.

Know who is attending

• Crew members acknowledge (Attending/Cannot attend/etA in 10 min.)

• You know immediately if sufficient crew members will arrive • Additional resources can be requested instantly

Your need:

In case of an incident you need to know imme-diately if sufficient crew members are availab-le. While quantity information is important, it is just as important to know the availability of specialists and/or drivers. Within seconds you want to be able to request additional resour-ces if needed. Most importantly, the alerting process must remain safe and reliable regard-less of these additional features.

Our solution:

The RES.Q enables team mem-bers to acknowledge alerts by pressing a button (Attending/Cannot attend/ETA in 10 min.). With this acknowledgement you will know within seconds if suffici-ent team members will come to an assignment or if you must re-quest additional resources. A bar chart shows who is coming and who will not come. The confirmation can be integrated into a control centre system. Alerts are transmitted via the paging network.
