· CWI inspections on piping and structural steel (hangers and support structures).

· Hydro testing on high pressure work.

· Monitor welding activities as per project specification.

· Inspect all phases of fitting and welding process with new work and facility repairs.

· Organizing certified NDE crews to do the neccesary test(RT, UT, PT, MT and PMI).· MTR’s on materials being used, test certificates of filler metal, WPS and PQR’s.

· Inspection of piping spools per isometric drawing.

· Coordinate with various contractors and their quality control surveillance, and

provide early warning of potential quality problems.· Reviewing and Recording daily weld reports.

· Building documentation packages related to work as follows. Drawing, welding

procedure, welder qualification, and project specification.· Attend and witness hold point inspections where needed.



· Provide support on new construction with supervision to resolve deficiencies and

non conformances.· Checked aspects of a piping to assure coherence with project P&ID’s, such as correct

valve, flow, size, etc...· Assure torque sequence done per company specifications.
