PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Eissmann Automotive North America, 103,000 square foot automotive interior leather trim plant facility. Pell City, Alabama St. Clair County Department of Human Resources, Construction Manager for the St. Clair County Health Care Authority. 30,020 square foot office facility. St. Clair County’s DHR Central Office. Pell City, Alabama WKW Erbsloeh North America, 125,000 square foot production facility. This facility included an anodizing line with more than 2,000 plastic pipe welds. Pell City, Alabama i-cadamy, an industrial training academy. This is a first of its kind partnership between Jeff State and the Pell City Industrial Board. Pell City, Alabama Fontaine International Corporate Headquarters, a new 50,000 square foot facility to house their North American headquarters and distribution of aftermarket parts. Trussville, Alabama Benjamin Moore Paints Southeastern Logistics Hub, a new 125,000 square foot facility to house and ship over 10 million gallons of paint produced in Pell City. Pell City, Alabama Northside Medical Associates Center Phase I, II, & III, a new office to hold six (6) doctors. This included exam rooms, procedure rooms, X-ray and management office. (II) New well waiting rooms and one addition to office suite. Two additional doctor suites with exam rooms, nurse’s stations and doctor’s offices. This includes a new regional lab area.
