Christmas is just
around the corner!
The Pathfinders
Christmas Program is underway and we need
adult volunteers to help us prepare. The program
itself is on Sunday, December 10th at 2 PM. We
need volunteers to help teach the kids music,
organize the costumes, and work out the details.

Giving Bowl
In the year 2016, we received a total of more
than $9,700 for the year. This year, we have
already surpassed that amount! At the end of
September, our overall Giving Bowl had
received over $10,400! The most spectacular
being the Hurricane Relief fund that totaled
more than $2,100 alone on September 11th.

We have two new classes starting
very soon! Our Journey One course
is transitioning to In the Dust of the
Rabbi and our Journey Three course
will be starting Walk as Jesus Walked next. These
two new studies are by Ray Vander Laan. In these
studies, he will take you on a tour through the Holy
Land and teach you aspects of the culture as he
makes connections between history and Christ. If
you are already in a Journey One or Journey Three
course, please be sure to register for the upcoming
study. The same days and times are
offered. If you have not been a part
of a Journey, please feel free to jump
aboard! Check out our website for

cover the cost, please contact the

Food SHARE
October is almost over which means the
November Food SHARE event at the
Monticello High School is coming up already.
Volunteers are needed on Thursday, November
2nd to help distribute food. You can contact

to sign up as a volunteer.

Resurrection is
partnering with the
Wright County Crisis
Nursery this Christmas
season to provide
pajamas and blankets to children in need. They are
accepting brand new pairs of
pajamas and new blankets
until November 19th. They are
in special need for the size 3
months to 2T. Please place
your donations into the large
chimney styled box in the
Gathering Place. Please help us
give these kids a warm and
cozy winter season.
On Saturday, December 2nd, the Crisis Nursery
organization will host a festive afternoon for these
children. They will eat cookies, make crafts, and
receive their new pair of pajamas and blanket.

Our Choir and Drum
Circle rehearsal times are
changing! Our Choir
rehearsals will move to
Mondays from 6 PM to 7
PM in the Worship Center. Our Drum Circle will begin
rehearsing with Joyful Noise on Mondays from 7 PM to 9
PM (come at 7 PM and stay as long as you can).
