Waterford retail Park

Waterford Retail Park which was completed in 2007 by DFL, and consists of approximately 9,755 square metres of high specification retail warehousing with approximately 350 car parking spaces on site. DFL were responsible for transforming this green field development into a modern retail park.

As well as the main retail section and associated yards and boundary walls, DFL were also responsible for all site works which involved a major cut & fill operation as well as a new roundabout and upgrading the adjoining roads and services.

David Flynn Limited were responsible for the renovation, extension and refurbishment of the AIB on Michael Street which is one of many properties DFL have worked on for the AIB in recent years.

This project involved the construction of a new third floor extension and stairwell with ancillary roof terraced areas at the front and rear including the preservation and retention of the existing protected spire and weather cock.

The external fabric of the building was totally refurbished with sanded limestone and a pigmented render cladding. DFL were also responsible for modernising the internal of the building with a complete fit-out in order to completely alter the existing layout and bring the offices and customer areas up to current standards.
