Examples of our experience

□ A client purchased a strip plaza with significant vacancy due to a long-departed big-box tenant, planning to open a company in the vacant space. The client’s plans for the company in the shopping plaza never materialized and with no retail repositioning experience, turned to HUNT Commercial to fill the space. In less than six months, HUNT Commercial secured a tenant to fill a significant portion of the vacant space, allowing the shopping plaza to become profitable for the owners.
