April Showers Bring May Flowers You will need: White shrink plastic, blue and pink thread, sewing machine, assorted deco-rative papers, glue for collage and a black sharpie. 1.Cut out large oval face about 3/4 of the whole sheet of plastic, draw in nose , mouth and outlines of eyes with permanent marker. 2. Sew in eye colour. 3. Shrink plastic in oven according to instructions. 4. Cut arms and legs by folding cardstock and cut (starting at fold) a half crescent shape moon. 5.Cut out and arrange dress , hair and watering can over arms and legs. 6.Add cut-outs of flowers to bottom of girl , complete by gluing down collage pieces. Tip: This particular row of flowers was cut using a cricket; but you can hand cut or buy die-cut flowers from the dollar store to add to collage, you may also add a cute origami dress to create a 3D affect to the art piece.
