I have also traveled as an Evangelist and Teacher throughout the United States between pastorates ministering God’s Love and delivering power with many miracles confirming the ministry of God’s Word. I believe that God has entrusted me with the necessary gifts and abilities to shepherd the church body as they seek to accomplish the specific goals and visions that the Lord has called their fellowship to fulfill. I have a strong pulpit ministry of preaching and teaching the word of God. My main focus is teaching the church body to effectively reach the lost for the kingdom of God. At this point in ministry, I am looking for a place where I can put down roots and finish out my remaining ministry years. I am looking for a fellowship of believers to love, to nourish, and to equip for the great work of the Lord’s ministry in these last days before His glorious return. Please prayerfully read the letters of recommendation written by fellow ministers and church leaders which build a clear picture of our contributions to the Lord’s work he has called us to fulfill.

Dear Pastor Search Committee:

Over the past thirty-three years I have pioneered churches in Alaska, Texas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska and Pennsylvania.

Thank you for your time and prayerful consideration.

Yours in Christ,

Ron McKinley

P.S. Since my last pastorate, I have been ministering in the evangelistic field, teaching seminars on: “Divine Healing,” “The Ministry of the Holy Spirit,” and “Fine Tuning God’s Faith in You.”

Dear Fellow Minister: I’d like to take this time to recommend to you the ministry of the Rev. Ron McKinley. Ron has ministered regularly in our congregation and been a great support to our church and me personally through the struggles of pastoring. Bro. Ron has taught many series here in our congregation and has an ability to bring the Word of God alive to the hearers in a dynamic and energetic way that the people seem to connect with. Not only are his messages uplifting but he is personally uplifting. I have found Rev. McKinley to be a man of great honor, giving and a true servant. Being a part of Rhema’s 2nd graduating class and knowing the Hagin’s in a more personal way than many of the larger classes, has not affected Ron’s ability to be truly humble, although I consider him to be a great man of God. If you have any questions that I could help you with concerning Bro. McKinley or his ministry please feel free to call me!

Sincerely,

Pastor Ken Strong
