We do not accept photocopied, faxed or e-mailed applications and endorsements. Please note that all documentation must be dated for the year in which you apply. A project proposal must be submitted outlining the following: ª project purpose & objectives – details on what the project entails, justication, whom it benets and how it ts within pastoral-evangelization including details on what will be covered in lectures, workshops and/or seminars if any are being held or a complete list of titles of any religious education materials/books being used etc ª project timelines ª detailed budget breakout ª local contributions and/or nancial aid sought from other agencies ª applicant name ª parish & diocese ª religious congregation or order (if applicable) ª complete postal mailing address ª date and signature Along with the application we require: ª Written endorsement of the Ordinary of the Diocese wherein: ª the funds will be spent ª the project takes place The 'Ordinary Endorsement Letter' must refer within the letter to the project that is being submitted and must bear an original signature, (not an electronic signature,) of the Ordinary. Funding is allocated to small- scale projects for the support of religious pastoral-evangelical work at the parish level in spreading the Good News. Through this ShareLife funded agency, allocaons are made in support of missionaries working at a grass-roots level in the Developing Naons of Africa, South America, Oceania, India, Vietnam, and Hai."

Applicants must apply individually to the Pastoral Mission Fund with a written project proposal in Englishfor projects directly related to pastoral-evangelization (religious) work to be eligible for funding. We do notaccept photocopied, faxed or e-mailed applications and endorsements. Please note that all documentationmust be dated for the year in which you apply. A project proposal must be submitted outlining thefollowing:

PASTORAL MISSION FUND (PMF) CONTRIBUTION DOLLARS AT WORK

AFRICA

PASTORAL COUNSELINGOffer counseling to individuals and groups to deal with HIV/Aids, bereavement, grief, alcohol/drugand sexual abuse, domestic violence, spiritual problems.

CONDUCT BIBLICAL FORMATION & CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP TRAINING COURSEEstablish youth ministries, provide training and formation in Christian leadership.

PURCHASE OF MOTORCYCLE FOR PASTORAL WORKMotorcycle will be used for pastoral services for 11 outstations & religious instruction at schools in themountainous northwest countryside along Lake Rukwa.

LIVING EXPENSES FOR THREE MISSIONARY SISTERS OF THE SOCIETY OF ST. MARYLiving and travel expenses for the Religious Sisters so they can continue to provide the communitywith pastoral services for catechists training, youth groups, liturgy, lunch & elderly programs.

CATECHISM FORMATION FOR PASTORAL AGENTS OF NOTRE DAME PARISHEvangelization of the faithful, training of catechists as well as basic catechetical formation in schools.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE FORMATION OF 30 FEMALE LAY LEADERSFormation of lay leaders to facilitate liturgies of the Word where priests cannot maintain a presence inlocal communities.

PURCHASE OF MOTORCYCLE FOR MISSION WORKSVillages are 20 kms from the community and roads are in deplorable conditions without bus service. Amotorcycle enables the Sisters to provide youth skills and training for 40 girls.

YOUTH FORMATION LENTEN RETREAT & FORMATION LEADERSHIP PROGRAMPrinting of catechetical, biblical & liturgical materials for a youth seminar program.

PURCHASE CATECHISM & MASS BOOKS FOR EVANGELIZATION

Purchase of 3,000 God's Word at Mass & Catechism of the Catholic Church books.
