Revere Alumni Association
April 2017 Volume 1, Issue 1
MESSAGE FROM FUTURE RAA PRESIDENT
I would like to start by thanking Kim (Healey) Kirkendall ‘81, Pat (Swan) Healey ‘61, and Edna Larson ‘54 for their dedication over the last 3+ years serving as the executive committee for the Revere Alumni Association. And beyond those years, Pat (President) and Edna (Treasure) have served our organization for over 10+ years with such great dedication. The organization is looking to be more visible to our alumni as well as to the current Revere student body. Over the next four months we hope to outline our plan in detail and share with our alumni. The most important thing we need is your voice. We understand it is not always possible (because of time restrictions or your location) to be a volunteer with RAA, but we want you to be an active member and offer input. What can our organization do to better assist our alumni, further support our district, and assist new alumni as they leave RHS to pursue their career & life choices?
—Phil Heyn, Class of 1996, President of RAA as of June 1, 2017—

Revere, he coached many years of youth sports, was very involved in the Bath-Richfield Kiwanis, and his chil-

these funds will go towards a scholarship given to an RHS graduate who is equally involved in their school and
community. The family would like to thank those who helped contribute to this donation.

MESSAGE FROM THE REVERE SUPERINTENDENT Greetings!
I am thrilled you are a part of Revere Alumni Association. We know we have many outstanding Re-
vere alumni, and we like to keep up with what our previous students are doing now. You are all a link
to our district’s history and your insight is often needed to bridge the old with the new as we move
forward with projects and initiatives.
As you know, the district is in the planning stages of building a new Revere High School and a new
Bath Elementary School, thanks to the community’s support of Issue 45 in November. We will look
to alumni guidance as we seek to preserve gifts and memorials at each building when the time comes
for the construction of these new buildings.
Thank you again for your dedication to Revere!
Sincerely,
Matthew L. Montgomery
Superintendent
