Stirfry Central

Earhart Dining Court is located farther away from my dormitory than the three other dining courts I frequently visit (Wiley, Windsor, and Ford) therefore I do not often go to there. The first time I paid a visit to Earhart Dining Court was during October break when all the other dining October break when all the other dining facilities are closed. I discovered that the make-your-own stir-fry facility in Earhart was as delicious as it rumored to be. Also the cleverly arrangement of tables and the plethora of interesting historical facts on Earhart on the wall kept me interested throughout my time in there.throughout my time in there.

The Exotic Delight

Ford Dining Court is one of my favorite dining facility not only because the wide variety of desserts, but also because the kind of foods it provides. The specialty here is exotic cultural foods, which is often dominated by different types of Asian cuisine. They range from Chinese stir fry and Pho They range from Chinese stir fry and Pho noodle soup to the occasional Korean shark. Pancake House

Hillenbrand Dining Court brunch became a tradition for my church group; every Sunday morning I go to Hillenbrand to eat. The quality of its brunch has no parallel on campus. Even though Hillenbrand does not have smoothies in the morning like Wiley Dining Court, the diners can make their Dining Court, the diners can make their own pancakes and various fruits and sweets are provided to put in the pancakes. The delicious pancake is often difficult to resist, but my favorite item is eggs and sausage gravy. Gathering of the Canivores

Wiley Dining Court is probably my most frequently visited dining court because it is located next to Wiley Hall. Not only because of its convenient distance, but also because I never seem to become tired of the food that it provides. But it seems that I am not the only few that think so. During lunch not the only few that think so. During lunch and dinner hours, Wiley Dining Court becomes one of the busiest places on campus on any given day; students often wait for a long time in long lines leading out the door) to get a taste of the many types of meaty dishes it provides.

Vegetarian Paradise

This picture shows an early morning in the Windsor dinning court. I often come here for dinner since one of my close friends is a vegetarian. Windsor dinning court provides many food options for vegetarians, and overall I find the food here to be healthierthan that of the other dinning courts. Also than that of the other dinning courts. Also Windsor dinning court is connected to Vawter tower of Windsor Hall. This feature allows students who live in Windsor Hall to go eat without stepping outside; this feature is proven to be extraordinarily convenient during extreme weathers.

That Awkward Moment ...

My friends and I call this section of the Windsor Dining Court “the awkward corner” for justifiable reasons; it is always inconvenient for whomever sitting on the booth side of the table to get around. In this corner, the table is placed extremely close to the neighboring tables. Getting to close to the neighboring tables. Getting to the booth side of the table requires the diner to squeeze through the tight space between the two tables. Also since the tables are very close together, one can easily listen in on the conversations other diners are having at the neighboring tables.

Mystery of the Freshman-15

With so many dining options provided by Purdue University, it would take quite a while for the students to become tired of the food choices. But as soon as we get use to the food selections, the dining courts change up their menu options and provide us with new and exciting items. The endless us with new and exciting items. The endless buffet and plentiful choices make us keep coming back for more, and that is how the notorious freshman-15 gained its footing among those of us who frequents the dining facilities.
