La pose dune plateforme Float Over sur son jacket estralise par le mouvement de vrins hydrauliques combinau ballastage dun navire.Cette opration, associant effort, prcision et vitesse, peutaujourdhui tre scurise par notre systme de boattensioning.Le systme vrins est utilis pour les phases deconstruction, de pesage, de transfert sur barge. Composde modules (axes de levage et systmes hydrauliques),le systme est radaptable dautres projets.Lasservissement de position des vrins et le contrle-commande sont assurs par Rexroth.

The float-over platform is positioned on its jacket by thecombination of hydraulic cylinder movements and vesselballasting technology.Nowadays, such an operation combining force, accuracyand speed can be undertaken reliably by our boat tensio-ning system.The cylinder system is used for erecting, weighing andshifting on barges. It consists of modules (lifting axes andhydraulic systems) and can be adapted to other projects.

Jacking is used in particular for positioning drilling, exploitation orproduction jack-up platforms, as well as for exploration ships andother vessels built for specific tasks.

Rexroth will fit your lifting installations with hydraulic equipmentto motorize the rack and pinion jacking systems and the double yoke

jacking systems.Rexroth delivers turnkey systems including the hydraulic power andelectrical cabinets required to feed, control and monitor the jackingsystems.Rexroth also performs positioning and lifting speed control, thusensuring operating safety.One record-breaking achievement was the simultaneous elevationof 6.5 m of a 40,000 ton weighing field of platforms, with an accuracyof 1.5 cm over a length of 1,100 meters.Our systems are virtually unnoticed during the entire life of the oil or gasfield, but have to be operational when the platform is decommissioned,which may be 30 to 35 years later.

La compensation active assure souplesseet prcision dans le positionnement et le maintien de lacharge une position choisie.

Downtime during offshore operations due to rough weatherconditions means a loss of capital and sometimes severe

damages to customers expensive equipment.Excessive dynamic amplification of the load can occurduring lowering, with the risk of overloading or evenmechanical break.To counter these negative effects, Rexroth has developedwinch or cylinder actuated heave compensation systems.Such systems are applied for instance during drilling,mining, salvage, platform commissioning and decommis-sioning, pipe laying, lifting, survey or dredging operations.Heave compensating systems vary from passive to activesystems and can stand variable loads (50 to 12,000 tons).They can be integrated in the main drive or tensioningsystem. Active heave compensation is smooth and accuratein positioning and keeping the load in the selected position.
