68 42 Vendor shall deliver all the equipment at intended site

within 4 weeks from the date of acceptance of purchase

order and commission within 2 weeks thereafter.

The vendor delivery period shall be 6 weeks at

the intended site from the date of acceptance of

purchase order and commissioning within 4

weeks thereafter. The Bank intend to install the

proposed solution at HO and at all major city

locations

69 43 1 to 6 Vendor has to:

1. Provide proactive monitoring and issue resolution.

2. Provide monitoring and reporting for all locations.

3. Furnish uptimes and also the turnaround time in case of

failure.

4. Communicate all issues, resolution, changes and

maintenance activities affecting the VC Solutions.

5. Provide a single point of contact to the service desk and

designate an executive level escalation point in the event

of critical outages and issues.

6. Assist IDBI Bank on end-to-end performance

optimization

Bank expects the vendor to provide monitoring,

reporting and management solutions integrated

with proposed VC solution. No ticketing

solution is required
