Airport Logistics
• Managing a 24/7 Operation & Maintenance team of 150 men for the Baggage Handling System at Dubai Airport T1.
• Managing the O&M during the DLP for Cargo Handling System in DXB.
• Negotiating with ADPi and successfully agreeing a 3 year O&M contract for DXB Terminal 3 of 455 men!
Engineering Division
• Positively implementing new operational procedures and work methodologies in a old workforce structure.
• Single Divisional OPEX budget approved without cuts in 2008!• Successfully leading the delivery and implementation CAFM (Infor) in
all premises.
FM Company
• Setting up from scratch a Full FM division being a subsidiary of Manazel Real Estate to maintain and operate residential and commercial. portfolio. (Al Reef 2400 villas, 1400 Flats; Capital Mall; 4 C. Towers G+25)
• Setting up Hard & Soft Services teams and selection of sub-contractors.
• Defining SOP’s & FM Service contracts for all projects based on Service hours linked to the asset list (instead of manpower headcount).
• Calculating & setting up the Service Charge Fee for all Communities.

• Managing 2 global Zones in 18 countries with full accountability of OPEX 58M & CAPEX 8M (AED) annual budget.
• Supporting the FM & Real Estate VP in defining global service standards to be implemented in all company facilities spread in 77 countries.
• Project Managing the Dubai 10M AED office & lab Fit Out premises on scope, on time and on budget.
• Pioneer to have installed smart technology to control energy solutions (AC & Power) to a company facility.
• Taking over and finishing a 25M AED office & Lab Fit Out in Mumbai.
FM Company
• Restructuring business streams to deliver Performance based contracts instead of manpower supply.
• Setting up the business streams with strategic partnerships for Energy Management solutions , Fit-outs division.
