It'appearing from its opinion in reversing tho said decree <»f this Court, mado and passed on tho 1st day of Juno, 1917, that tho said Court, of Appeals deemed it unnecessary to consider the .contentions of -(ho defendants herein, appellants in tho said cause, as to tho legality of the tax complained of by the plaintiff and the collection of which was restrained and enjoined in and by paragraph three of the said reversed decree, It is further adjudged, ordered and decreed that determination of tho legality of said tax be, and the same hereby is, reserved until, if at all, it shall be undertaken to be tho basis of any further action by the defendant Order, tho Knights of Pythias, against the plaintiff; and for this purpose this cause is retained for such amendatory or supplemental pleadings as shall or may hereafter be allowed by this Court on tho application of any of the parties, plaintiff or defendant hereto, and for such further orders and decrees as may hereafter by the Court be deemed just, and proper. 4. THIS CAUSE coming on for further consideration upon thorecord and proceedings therein and the mandate of the Court ofAppeals of the District of Columbia, filed herein on tho 23rd dayof May, 1919, on tho appeal of the defondants from tho decree ofthis Court made and passed on tho 1st day of Juno, 1917.

It is this lGth day of July, 1919, adjudged, ordored and de¬creed that the said decree of tho 1st day of June, 1917, he, andthe sanio hereby is, set aside, vacated, and for nothing hold, andthat in lieu thereof it Is adjudged, ordered and decrcod as follows:

1. That tho defendants, the Supremo Lodgo of the Knightsof I'ythias of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africaand Australia, and the individual defondants, officers of tho saidSupreme Ix>dgo, in the bill of complaint mentioned and described,be, and tho same hereby are, restrained and permanently enjoinedfrom attempting to enforce the decree or enactment of tho BaidSupromo Lodge adopted at its biennial session, hold at BaltimoreCity, Maryland, in the year 1913, purporting to revoke the charterof the plaintiff and to dissolve tho said plaintiff. Grand Ix>dgo oftho jurisdiction of Virginia, and from doing any other act or thingon th*J assumption that tho said plaintiff. Grand Lodge, has beendissolved, or that its fraternal charter has been revoked.

2. That the prayers of tho said bill of complaint that thesaid defendants bo rostrainod and permanently enjoined from en-.forcing, or attempting to onforco, tho proclamation of suspension.of the plaintiff issued at New Orleans, Louisiana, on tho 20th dayof July, 1S-12, bo, and the same hereby are, denied.

3. It'appearing from its opinion in reversing tho said decree<»f this Court, mado and passed on tho 1st day of Juno, 1917, thattho said Court, of Appeals deemed it unnecessary to consider the.contentions of -(ho defendants herein, appellants in tho said cause,as to tho legality of the tax complained of by the plaintiff and thecollection of which was restrained and enjoined in and by paragraphthree of the said reversed decree, It is further adjudged, orderedand decreed that determination of tho legality of said tax be, andthe same hereby is, reserved until, if at all, it shall be undertakento be tho basis of any further action by the defendant Order, thoKnights of Pythias, against the plaintiff; and for this purpose thiscause is retained for such amendatory or supplemental pleadings asshall or may hereafter be allowed by this Court on tho applicationof any of the parties, plaintiff or defendant hereto, and for suchfurther orders and decrees as may hereafter by the Court be deemedjust, and proper.

4. And it i^ fi"*ih«r adjudged, ordered and decreed on the sug.gestion of the defendants, consented to by the plaintiff, that each ofthe. sain parties, plaintiff and defendant, pay^ their respective costs inthis Court, and that the defendants have and recover of the plaintifftheir seats in the said Court of Appeals, to he taxed by the Clerk in ac¬cordance with the mandate of the said Court of Appeals, and that thedefendants have execution therefor as at Law.F. And from tho third paragraph of this decree and the provisionsthereof, the defendants in open court appeal to the Court of Appeals ofthe District of Columbia, and the penalty of the bond for costs on suchappeal is hereby fixed at One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) with libertyto the defendants in lieu of such bond to deposit Fifty Dollars ($f>0.00)kn live Registry of the Court.
