With over 16 years of IT experience across multiple industries, I have been able to apply that knowledge in implementing and streamlining CAD based software in the Oil & Gas engineering environment. As CAD software has become more complex connecting to separate databases, relying on support files located on various network shares, my expertise helps IT and the design groups formulate plans necessary to meet the needs of the designers with the software being used. This has allowed greenfield and brownfield projects to kick off with fewer problems and helps identify issues during all phases of a project more efficiently. In order to contribute further on the design side, I completed courses at San Jacinto College and received my Certificate of Technology in Drafting with a specialty in the Petro-Industrial Specialty (Piping Certificate). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

CDI Engineering, Houston, TX March 2013 – Present Lead Systems Administrator/CAD Support

• CAD support includes catalog and spec generation, legacy spec upgrades, project and configuration setup, profile creation and utilizing network shares to streamline standardization across all sites. Create and manage software deployments with emphasis on Autodesk products

• Analysis of laser scan data implementation and rollout based on CDI servers and network bandwidth capabilities for LFM and Kubit.

• Tasked with finding technical solutions that allow employees across multiple sites collaborate on any given project, regardless of geographical location

• Analyze and suggest best practices to IT department when IT processes and procedures conflict with CAD software or projects

• Troubleshot and fixed performance issues with two AutoCAD Plant 3D projects due to SQL database requirements and the limitations it imposes on spec and symbol editing
