A RESOLUTION OF THE RINCON VALLEY FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO FILL A VACANT POSITION ON THE BOARD

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rincon Valley Fire Protection District comprises five members, and

WHEREAS, Dan O'Donnell was elected to a four-year term in the year 2010, and

WHEREAS, Dan O'Donnell resigned from the position in July 2013, and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Rincon Valley Fire Protection District is granted the authority to fill the vacancy until the time of the next regular election, and

WHEREAS, proper notice of the vacancy has been completed;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Rincon Valley Fire Protection District hereby appoints LZilitrai(6- to fill the vacancy on the Board.

IN REGULAR SESSION, the foregoing resolution was introduced by ftoi-wk, , who moved its adoption, seconded by Director /11,4(1 and passed by the Board of Directors of the Rincon Valley Fire Protection District this 17th day of September, 2013, on regular vote of the members of said Board:
