Rise Transfers: Getting from the airport to Les Deux Alpes is very simple with our transfers. Please read the below guide before booking your transfers to ensure that you book the right one for you as changes may not be possible later and Rise Festival will not take responsibility for missed connections. These transfers are shared shuttle transfers. This means that you will be on a coach or mini bus with lots of other trippers heading up to Les Deux Alpes. As such this is not a door to door service. The transfer will not drop you or pick you up from directly outside your accommodation. There are three stops in Les Deux Alpes we will advise you closer to the time which stop is closest to your accommodation What transfer times should I book? Airport to Les Deux Alpes Journeys: We advise that you book your transfer at least 1 hour after your landing time to allow plenty of time to get through security. The times shown are the departure times from the airport. Les Deux Alpes to Airport Journeys: We advise that you book your return transfer so that you arrive at the airport least 2 hours before to your take off time. You can use the journey times listed plus the recommended 2 hour check in window to work out what time you will need leave Les Deux Alpes. The times shown are the departure times from Les Deux Alpes.

Plenty of time is allowed for this journey, however in the event of circumstances beyond our control we will not be liable for missed return flights. Common causes of such delays are heavy traffic and bad weather. We will do everything in our power to pre-empt such delays and may adjust your departure time from resort if we deem it necessary (if bad weather is forecast for example). As such it is highly advised that you do not book a transfer which is too tight for your take off time. If your flight is delayed out of the UK or if you are delayed for any reason coming through baggage reclaim / border control the transfers will wait for up to 30 mins after the scheduled departure time from the airport. After 30 minutes our service will depart without you and we will not be liable for any refund or to arrange or provide alternative transport for you to the resort, or for any costs which you may incur as a result of missing our service. If you miss your service and there is space on the next service, we will allow you to travel on this service, at the discretion of our representative at the airport. What luggage can I take on this transfer/can I take my ski or board bag? On each of our services, we will allow you to take one suitcase, holdall, or rucksack (no more than 20kg per item), one ski or snowboard bag and one small piece of hand luggage. Hand luggage is defined as something that is capable of fitting in an overhead luggage rack. We shall have no obligation to arrange to carry luggage in excess of the permitted amount and/or weight. We may agree to arrange to carry additional luggage only if there is room on the vehicle and at the discretion of our representative or vehicle driver. If we agree to arrange to carry any excess luggage on any journey this does not mean that we have agreed to arrange to carry that luggage on any subsequent journey you may make.
