Scenes: Wood scene Filming Date: 15/01/16

and there could be strangers. This means we should be cautious of strangers and be careful with the equipment.

Alec will look out for the equipment as it is his and Tom will ensure that we are careful of strangers.

Equipment Camera will need to be charged the night before, tripod collected in the morning and charging cable kept with the camera at all times.

Emilia will insure that the camera is charged the night before so that we don’t have any disruptions to the filming. Katherine will be in charge of collecting the tripod so that our shots are as steady as possible.

Weather There may be extreme weather for example: Snow - people could slip on the snow or ice and could injure themselves. Rain - the rain could cause flooding and people could get wet from the rain which could lead to a cold. Wet weather may also mean the conditions we are filming in could be muddy so we must be prepared for that. Hot climate - could lead to sunburn, sun stoke and dehydration.

Alec will check the weather online the night before and Katherine will check out the conditions and advise to bring appropriate footwear for the terrain.

Injury There may be some trip Emilia will be in charge of

hazards because of the rough, wood terrain. Therefore someone could trip and hurt themselves. Additional injuries eg. Muscle strain, bruises, cuts, splinters could occur from outside activities.

carrying our first aid kit and we will all be aware of our environment and try to prevent injury. We will put our health and safety first. In case of extreme injuries we will carry mobile phones so we could contact ambulances/an adult.

First Aid and Emergency Contact Details: Clare Hole (mobile number hidden for privacy)

Other areas of concern:Interruptions/Arranged appointments Our filming may be interrupted however we are

going to have a lot of filming time which means that we can always retake a shot

Unwanted noise Noises may prevent us from getting the film that we want. However we can use extra time to make sure that the noise doesn't occur again. Alternatively we can mute the sound as we may be using a voiceover.

Lighting problems Lighting’s unpredictable however it is crucial for continuity purposes between sequences. This means that we should preferably film the sequences all on the same day.

Preparation of the space We want the shots to look natural and normal - this means the area that we are filming in shouldn't need to be prepared too much. However we have checked that it is a public place and we do not need permission to be on the land.
