DESCRIPTION
This route starts at the iconic Transporter Bridge and follows the river west along roads to Teesarus Park. The route then continues along the river crossing over first at Newport Bridge then again at the Tees Barrage. The route then returns back to the Transporter Bridge following first the river then by roads, which thread their way through the old iron masters district. 7 miles (3 hours)TRANSCRIPT
