This program covers the basic first aid and the necessity emergency respond to help those who are injured or sick at the workplace and its surrounding environment. These help might seem simple but may make a difference between life and death. The two days training emphasize on the emergency procedures that should be carried out immediately in the event there is an injury or sickness happen in the workplace. This is highly hands-on training with plenty of practical sessions to expose delegates to emergency scenarios. Other than the theory and practical sessions, delegates will experience handling few lifelike mock-drill stations (scenario based situations) such as bleeding, amputation, fracture, burn, scald and spine injuries. MS. NICOLE LIOW FUI HONG had been actively involved in first aid and medical related training since her secondary school studies. Due to her great interest in this field, she enrolled herself in nursing profession. Nicole dealt with many cases involving critically ill patients and had many experiences in attending to emergency care event. Besides than involving actively in clinical areas, she is also participated in guiding new colleagues in intensive care setting.

Nicole had participated in various courses that comprises of Code Blue training, Infection Control workshop, and self-motivation courses. She has also underwent trainings conducted by Head of Department of ICU/CCU, A&E, ACLS qualified sister in relation to Intensive Care Nursing.

She had served as a trainer in Emergency and First Aid training field since 2007 with an accumulation of nearly 100 classes. Her clients varied from SME to MNC, and amongst her well-known clients are CIMB, Bank Rakyat, Petronas Carigali, Petronas Methanol, Fujitsu, Bluescoop Steel, Carsem, Leighton, TNB, Telekom Malaysia, Dell, KFC, Mc. Food, Maxis and the list continues.

Her enthusiastic presentation engages the participants into the scenarios and theory sessions and she is known as one of the best trainer in the field.

Participants are exposed with our master trainer’s style

of knowledge delivery. Then, EACH and EVERYONE of

them will need to dirty their hands to participate in the

Practical Session which is compulsory of certification.

Lastly, the trainer will clear their doubt on whether they

should help or not in the Motivation Sessions of “CPR,

Should I or Shouldn’t I?” and build the “TEAM” attitude

during the Mock Drill Session using scenario based

problem solving approach.
