Objective: To be a team oriented Person that’s not limited to these industries.

I bring fresh ideas, concepts, and insights, along with 16 years of maintenance shop and more important in a consultant field experience in transparencies with abrasives, micro abrasives, various compounds and different methods for every situation. This combined with new methods of use, has earned recognition throughout the entire glass and plastics industry. We also have intimate working relations in aerospace, automobile, trains, aquariums and many other industries and organizations as a consult, which in return I keep their chain supplies intact and preparing spread sheets for bigger projects as well.

I provide close communications with clients on daily operations and infrastructures of these industries, organizations and corporations. It has provided me to establish professional relationships, obtain knowledge, and the use of their products which enabled me to develop new applications, methods, and processes, as well. This allows me to customize each of their needs as individual costumers. Examples: Like AALSO (Aquatic Animal Life Support Operators), AZFA (Aquarium and Zoo Facilities Association) with Tennessee Aquariums and Ripley’s Aquariums not forgetting FAA (Federal Aviation Association). While having these kind of experiences it advanced my customer relations to a new level. I incorporate this into every aspect of Clear Vision.

Combining resources has brought a new level of Glass with Solid Surfaces, Plastics Repair and Renewal. I meet or exceed the required ANSI and BSI distortion standards of OEM compliant facilities. In return, products and processes can begin appearing in OEM standard windshield and glass manufacturing facilities such as, Pella, PPG, and Safelite. There is a vast array of global contacts and existing markets that have yet to be penetrated. My wide perspective and unique abilities will allow me to become a valued member of any corporation and already well-recognized with an accomplished team.

Qualifications:

As the founder and President of Clear Vision Glass and Plastics. I am independent and self-motivated. I have produced many new techniques that have been acknowledged by companies and corporations in various industries. So these techniques have forever impacted companies like Glass Technologies but not excluding the other industries include trains, boats, automobiles, aerospace, new and old residential/commercial construction and restorations. Product Development with Glass Technologies with product development on their Dry Scratch Hog ending on 4-5-2013. Product Development was all done on the streets on Manhattan, NY and started in 2008-2010 With Glasscare Inc. Another resent job in 2013 Seattle WA. In July 2013 working closely with Shane the owner and president of S&T to train and promote this industry. So we still help them with new methods and ever changing new ideas and in this new technology. We do consultations, Spread Sheets and execute projects on million dollar restoration projects, such as, “Sable Point” condominiums in Pompano Beach or apartment complex’s including, “The Mark at City Place” in West Palm Beach or “Elite” homes in Tellico Village or in Canada Toronto. When there is damaged glass so we work close with project managers, contractors, and property owners to ensure satisfaction in a sometimes difficult situation where insurance adjusters are involved. Like this 2010 project in Atlantic City with Jenkintown Building Services Incorporation. Doing testing and spread sheets, on the Revel Building on over 1000 damaged glass panels. We also trained Jenkintown Building Services employees to be able to perform this jobs there self. Carlex Glass in the automotive industry by saving 7,000 to 10,000 failed OEM windshields a year. Using a new method of grinding and polishing, I was able to remove company logos and trademarks from every windshield, which would have otherwise been lost inventory. Instead, the windshields were not discarded, but made in compliance with ARG standards or aftermarkets, and sold for a substantial profit in the aftermarket, rather than, a $150,000 loss. Other techniques I created enabled private aircraft owners to perform complicated windscreen repairs once thought impossible. Clear Vision was presented with Lancair Aircrafts fastest and highest flying planes. We were privilege to present over 1.5 million people at the Oshkosh Air Show in both 2003 and 2004 demonstrating, hands on, the first live one and two step scratch removal with live demos on very expensive aircraft windscreens to fly again under strict FAR regulations. These methods have been commended by “Plane and Pilot Magazine” and have allowed ongoing relationships with leading aircraft manufacturers such as the largest windscreen manufacturer in the world, LP Aero. Clear Vision was privileged to have traveled around the world to work with leading Japanese companies, such as the Takenaka Corporation. Here, Clear Vision was able to repair 1700 pieces of glass saving $600,000. Clear Vision was responsible for training personnel at the KL Central Hotel Project, or Hilton Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Clear Vision saved New Hampshire Glass $50,000 at Strafford County Correctional facilities by repairing scratched bulletproof polycarbonate. We were esteemed to work the glass of a $30,000,000, one of a kind yacht, the “Blue Moon” stationed in Savannah, Georgia. I loved working on this project with Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution who said, “I had few hopes it could be returned to service Unbelievable! You saved our $12,000 Dome Port high-resolution video camera lens scratched in a collision with a wall 2100 ft. under the sea. Our science users demand the highest quality as do the broadcasters that use our subs. (Discovery Channel and National Geographic etc.)

2014-2015 Right now currently doing 2014 & 2015 Pro Square Facility Solutions for the consultation at Pace Academy in Atlanta where Pro Square damage the glass there. So we are still involved in this ongoing project involving Insurance claims with Crawford insurance Adjuster “Charles A Rusher” and the builders of Pace Academy’s new addition there New South Construction with project manager “Adam Cobb” which they are watching the progress on this bad situation. Encore Glass using my tools there to document and to support Encore Glass
