Let’s plan your trip. If you are one of our small business customers and you have one of our consumer plans, your roaming experience will be as follows.

• While travelling in Europe (Roam Free Zone), you can take your UK plan with you – there’s no extra charge.

• When you’re in the Roam Further Zone (World Zone), which includes over 100 destinations, you can take your UK plan with you for just £5 a day.

• If you’re travelling outside the Europe and Roam Further Zones, you’ll be in our Rest of World zones – where our standard roaming rates apply.

This means no complications and total clarity; you no longer need to worry about how much your roaming is going to cost you. You’ll be able to text, call and use your data, just like you do at home, even when you’re far away.

Small businesses with consumer mobile plans

What if you use up all your data when travelling in the Roam Free or Roam Further Zones? You'll simply be charged your UK out of bundle rates – rather than standard roaming rates.

A €50 (£39.33) data spend cap is applied to help avoid surprise bills wherever you roam.

The cap will kick in after you’ve used up all your UK data allowance. This is a monthly cap and applies across the globe in all zones ranging from Europe Zone 1 to Rest of World zones. You’ll never face a bill shock as everything is covered.

This experience applies to customers on the following consumer plans:

• When you’re in the World Zone, which includes over 100 destinations, you’ll enjoy the Small Business Traveller roaming experience: you can take your UK plan with you for just £5 a day – but it is possible to opt out and pay standard roaming rates, too.

• If you’re travelling outside of Europe and World Zones, you’ll be in our Rest of World zones – where our standard roaming rates apply.
