• Retro fill: a less expensive way of upgrading Circuit Breaker’s• Allows reuse of old copper bus by connecting the
new Circuit Breaker to the old bus connect through use of a unique adapter designed specifically for the space of the original Circuit Breaker.

Subcontractor Safety Approval Process
• On an annual basis every subcontractor must be safety approved prior to starting a project with Eaton
• This ensures that Eaton is working with safe companies, and prevents Eaton from monetary and casualty losses due to sight accidents.

• Experience Modification Rating (EMR)• Industry Standard 1.0 or less• This rating is based on many parameters - payroll, injuries, dollar value of injuries,
etc.• EMR letter - Received from Insurance Company on company’s letterhead to
validate EMR
• COI (Certificate of Insurance)• Review subcontractor insurance coverage as evidenced by their Certificates of
Insurance to protect Eaton from liability for job site accidents

FSR’s Class 0 and 2 voltage rated gloves to be sent out for testing on a 6 month basis
• Started a database listing glove requirements of all productive employees
