• 2003 Developed the Marketing Information & Technology Track in the Marketing program. Courses: MKTG 450/MKTG 548 Product Innovation & Management (Harmon), MKTG 461/561 E-Marketing (Unni), MKTG 462/562 Customer Information & Relationship Marketing (Mathwick), MKTG 410 Services Marketing (Harmon).

New Course Development for Marketing Innovation & Technology Track: • MKTG 463 Service Innovation (4 credits), First offered as a prototype course in

Spring term 2011, this course continues to evolve. It is state-of-the art Service Science and IT-enablement of knowledge-based services content. It is a core class in the Track. Course launched Fall 2013.

• MKTG 410 Marketing Intelligence & Analytics (4 credits). The course development commenced in Fall 2013. I taught the first iteration as ‘Big Data Marketing’ (Winter 2014) and ‘Big Data Analytics’ (Spring 2014) as MKTG 405s with hand-picked students that met the quantitative requirements for the course.

• MKTG 5XX or 4XX Marketing Intelligence & Analytics. New course on big data and marketing. Syllabus is almost complete. I will run last trial course in Winter 2015 with selected students.
