Duties and Responsibilities

To feed data in the Day-to-Day Administration work of the Department. To carry out a variety of clerical and general office duties such as typing Letters,

memorandums, faxes, telex, e-mails, statements, tabulations using Computer software programs.

To fill up the data and information in the Initial / final ship documents, Loading/Berthing advice, Loading Nomination and sending pre-arrival information to Vessel Master & concern parties via. Telexes/ faxes, loading Reports.

To attend Call duties especially during irregular hours to prepare ship documents with loaded quantities and cargoes on completion of Ship’s Cargo Loading.

To dispatch Final Documents to the concerned parties / Consignee according to the Documentary instructions from Production Planning Shipping and documentation Officers.

To arrange Quantity Certificates for product transfer (viz. Pipeline transfer and Trucks) to ADNOC Ruwais Refinery, Other sites of GASCO, Borouge, ZADCO and ADMP OPCO etc. as per ORM/P instructions.

To compile data from other department’s viz. Management, Engineering, Administration, Safety, Operation, Technology and Marine in the PMRS Monthly report.

To maintain all shipping, Production and Product export records and effective filing system as per company standing instruction.

Performs other similar or related duties as assigned such as Reports, Over-head Projection, preparing Graphs and Statements.
