Purple Class had a wonderfully arty afternoon this
week with some special visitors. The children used
acrylic paints and a plethora of objects they had
collected from the seaside to create some lovely
miniature collages. A huge thanks to Mrs Morris for
inviting our special visitors in to share their artistic
expertise. The children had a thoroughly
enjoyable afternoon.
Holidays in Term Time
We would like to politely remind our families that
we have no discretion to authorise holidays
during term time. The Government and Ofsted
remain vigilant in their campaigns for 100%
attendance for every child.
We hope you found the recent
‘Autumn 2018 Attendance Update’ sheet useful.
This week, Yellow Class had the fantastic opportunity to take part in the Castle Point and
Rochford Dance Festival at the Palace Theatre. The children have been working really hard to
master the routine to ‘You Can’t Stop The Beat’ from Hairspray in their PE sessions and
thoroughly enjoyed performing in front of their parents and 11 other schools. Well done!
