In drug development, Rockwell works closely with researchers in developing study protocol and methodology, as well as drug specifications for purity, potency, quality and identification. In the pre-clinical trial process through Phase III, Rockwell labels drugs and placebos in the required dosages and also tracks, compiles and distributes analytical data.

With a versatile facility, Rockwell can provide custom drug delivery and transfer systems, as well as assist in the planning, development and execution of clinical studies for new drugs, and studies of existing drugs for new indications.

Quality Control & Timely Production Starting with quality USP & NF approved chemicals and neutraceuticals, the registered pharmacists at Rockwell can compound a full range of dosage forms. Unlike most pharmacies, Rockwell has it’s own Certified ISO Class 5 & 6 sterile environment permitting compounding of Intravitreal Injections, Diagnostic Agents multi-dose and unit-dose injections, sterile preservative free eye drops, ophthalmic ointments, and other specialized medications onsite.

Adhering to all USP <797>, USP <795> and USP <1075> regulations covering both sterile and non-sterile drug manipulations, Rockwell’s in house sterility, potency and stability quality control systems are additionally validated by third party analytical testing laboratories, such as Eagle Analytical of Houston Texas.

Rockwell engages in drug compounding, coding, placebo identification, formulation, dosage administration, sterility & stability testing, tracking, statistical reports, sample and sample preparation, transfer and delivery systems, packaging and labeling.
