Rodney O. Parks is an award winning speaker of wealth management and planned giving. He is the founder of Parks Professional Group, a public speaking and management consulting firm. He is the Director of Development at Philander Smith College. He is a former Fortune 100
manager at Merrill Lynch, with over 25 years of finance, leadership, and management development experience. He is the Former Chairman of the Arkansas State Banking Board. He is a recipient of Arkansas Business 40 Under 40 Award in 2007.
