We have introduced a tri-laminate with part of the reinforcements in Cordura Kevteck. Not all parts of a dry suit are subject to the same stresses, so we left on the shoulders, seat and riding Cordura ® reinforced, more resistant to peeling, while the knees and elbows are reinforced with a new lining Kevteck, more resistant to cutting .Remain unchanged of course all the technical features of the line.

BOOTS SYSTEM

The entire line of ROFOS dry-suits has a system of boots designed not to inject too much air in the foot and reduce the risk of loss of balance and ballast.The sock is a 3mm neoprene sock and has sole in Kevteck to provide greater shear strength. Its softness also allows turning the suit inside out completely to wash it and dry it well inside for a perfect hygiene.It must overlap a shoe with rigid sole and zipper (Article 783) or Rock Boots (art.085). A Velcro strap is fixed to the 5mm external boots to prevent any dangerous slipping off of the foot and to ensure fastening also in case of zip breaking. Rock Boots (Article 085) have a lug sole and lace closed.

The watertight RS450K has instead incorporated a pair of soft boots. It is equipped with a notch for the belt of the fin and has soft reinforcements on the instep. You can also opt for a pair of shoes with Kevteck neoprene lining and rigid internal insole. Both have an anti-slip strap with Velcro tape

The line includes four models of under dry suits. All of them are one piece, unisex.Two models are suitable for neoprene drysuits. Both have two pockets, one with Velcro and one with small zip. They have elastic in waist to improve adaptability, one zip, spats and collar with Velcro.They are front opening with concealed zips and have spats and collar closed with Velcro tape. WINTER and ICE models are suitable for cold water diving, have NO WIND technology, which is a triple layer fabric, both with micro-fleece inside, windproof membrane in the middle and NO WIND outdoor mesh network that facilitates donning the tight (WINTER model) or microfleece making it warmer (model ICE). NO WIND allows freedom of movement and prevents the wind to remove the hot air trapped inside the underwear.At trilaminate drysuits are dedicated Thinsulate models. They have three pockets (the one on the chest closed with zipper), zipper front with double slider, spats, collar closed with Velcro tape, preformed knees, elastic bandages shaped on waist and underarm. They are both in three layers, with fleece lining, nylon outer and Thinsulate ® in the middle. The model TH200 is all Thinsulate ® BZ200, while the TH400 has a differentiated thickness: in the trunk, upper legs and sleeves Thinsulate ® is BZ400 for extra warmth and from knee to ankle Thinsulate ® is BZ200.

The most obvious ROFOS news is the introduction in the production of a range of technical jacket with a rear bag and separate harness and can be used also with plates and backplates.They are all made of Cordura ® reinforced, very light. The harness comes in two sizes, attached to the bag with two screws. The crotch strap has an elastic insert for total comfort. They are equipped with hose and belts for two cylinders, in a mesh bag (art. 151).Your BC can be equipped with stainless steel plate (2.2 kg) and backplate (0.8 kg) or anodized aluminum plate (0.8 kg) and backplate (0.3 kg).

Suitable both for a mono or a double cylinder.The FREE 30 is a 30 liters jacket with the same characteristics of FREE 20.
