SCHOOL NEWS There will be No School on Monday November 11, 2019 in observance of Veterans Day. Student Council will be sponsoring Thanksgiving Boxes. Each classroom will donate everything needed so those in need can also enjoy a nice dinner. If you would like to donate anything please drop it off in the school office during November 20-25. Boxes can be picked up

on Tuesday, November 26 at the school office. If you know someone in need, please call the school office at 783-5225 to put them on the list.

DONACION DE ROPA DE INVIERNO 2019 Colecta de ropa de invierno para obsequiar a los campesinos durante la Feria Anual de Salud que promueve Campesinos Sin Fronteras en colaboración con agencias y organizaciones comunitarias del Condado de Yuma. Por favor donar sus cobijas

ligeramente usadas o nuevas, abrigos, suéteres, sudaderas, pantalones, guantes, gorras, zapatos, tenis o cualquier ropa de invierno. Por favor depositar sus donaciones en las cajas designadas en su parroquia a mas tardar para el 2 diciembre. ¡Gracias por su generosidad!

To all the children ages 7 - 14 in our Parish, ask yourself…

“Would I like to crown the Blessed Mother?”

On December 9, at 6:30 p.m. our Parish will have a celebratory Mass for our patroness, Our Lady of The Immaculate Conception.

In keeping with our tradition, the IC Parish would again like to extend an invitation to the children ages 7-14 from our Parish to submit a personal poem or prayer dedicated to our Blessed Mother. We believe that through a life of prayer and devotion we build stronger families and, in turn, we leave a stronger foundation for our future generations. What a better way to start than with a personal prayer showing your devotion to the Blessed Mother. The girl whose poem or prayer wins the contest will have the privilege of crowning our Blessed Mother and the boy who wins will accompany her during the procession at our annual celebratory Mass. The Immaculate Conception celebration committee encourages all the Parish young ladies and men of our Parish to learn more about our patroness. Deadline for contest will be November 29. Lunes Diciembre 9, a la 6:30 p.m. nuestra Parroquia tendrá una Misa de celebración para

nuestra Patrona, Nuestra Señora de la Inmaculada Concepción.

Siguiendo con nuestra tradición, el comité de celebración de la Parroquia de Inmaculada desea extender una invitación a jóvenes de 7 a 14 años de

nuestra Parroquia para que presenten un poema u oración personal dedicada a nuestra Santísima Madre.

Creemos que a través de una vida de oración y devoción, construimos familias más fuertes y, a su vez,

dejaremos una base más sólida para nuestras generaciones futuras. Qué mejor manera de comenzar que con una oración personal que muestre tu devoción a la Santísima Madre. La joven cuyo poema u oración gane el concurso tendrá el privilegio de coronar a nuestra Santísima Madre y el jovencito que gane la acompañará durante la procesión en nuestra Misa de celebración anual para Nuestra Señora de La Inmaculada Concepción. El comité de celebración de la Inmaculada Concepción desea animar a los jóvenes de nuestra parroquia a aprender más sobre nuestra patrona. La fecha límite para el concurso será el 29 de Noviembre.
